Garza Group has contributed significantly in defining Cultural Tourism as an industry category among the U.S. general market. The TIA awarded the Odyssey Award to what is regarded as the "National Model for Cultural Tourism" by the Travel Industry Association of America, which generated $154 million in visitor spending through American Express card members. The same program received the State of California Tourism Award. In collaborations with pioneering firm Globe Media, Garza Group has created numerous campaigns for American Express celebrating some of the most important travel destinations in the world.
